DragonMoon ("we", "us", or "our") operates the TinyCrisis mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

Information Collection and Use

TinyCrisis is an educational math game. We collect minimal information to provide and improve the App experience.

Data We Collect

• Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment details directly.
• Device Identifiers: Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads.
• App Interaction Data: AdMob collects information about ad interactions (impressions, clicks) for advertising purposes.
• Approximate Location: AdMob may infer your approximate location from your IP address to serve geographically relevant ads.
• Diagnostics: AdMob may collect SDK diagnostics and reliability data to maintain and improve ad serving.

Data Stored Locally

• Game Progress: Your learning progress, quiz scores, and game settings are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences.
• Ad-Free Status: If you purchase the remove-ads option, this preference is stored locally on your device.

Note: The App maintains in-memory event counters during your session for internal bookkeeping. These are not persisted to disk and are never transmitted externally.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements in the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location (inferred from IP address), app interaction data, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention/security purposes. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: Processes in-app purchases. See Google Payments Privacy Notice.

Data Sharing

We share the following data with third parties:

• Advertising ID, app interaction data, approximate location, and diagnostics are shared with Google AdMob for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention/security/compliance purposes.

We do NOT share:

• Your game progress or scores
• Local analytics data (never leaves your device)

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and third-party services (AdMob, Google Play Billing) is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

Children's Privacy

TinyCrisis is not intended for children under 13. However, the app does not implement age verification. Third-party SDKs (AdMob) initialize for all users regardless of age. If you believe a child under 13 has accessed the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

User Accounts

TinyCrisis does not require or support user account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.

Data Deletion

You can delete locally stored app data by:

• Clearing the app's data in your device settings
• Uninstalling the application

Note: This only removes data stored on your device. Data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing) is subject to their respective data retention and deletion policies. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on managing data held by Google.

Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's advertising settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
